Diners Club International Charge Card

The Diners Club International Charge Card allows users to enjoy the pleasures of life anywhere in the world. The card also makes travelling easier and more pleasurable with its high financial flexibility, access to airport lounges all over the world and generous complimentary travel insurance cover.

Additionally, the Diners Club International Charge Card services include the choice to link the card to British Airways Executive Club Programme or SAA Voyager in order to accumulate frequent flyer miles. The card comes with free travel insurance and optional top-up benefit options, free card delivery via Diners Club’s courier, complimentary add-on personal card for the spouse or partner, membership to the Diners Club Wine Society and Connoisseur’s Club and lost card protection.

South African Airways Voyager and British Airways co-branded Diners Club Card

Frequent travellers will find the Diners Club International Charge Card advantageous since it can be linked either to British Airways Executive Club Programme or SAA Voyager so as to accumulate frequent flyer miles.

Accumulated Voyager Miles (if linked to SAA Voyager) or BA Miles (if linked to British Airways) can be exchanged for various rewards, exclusive services and benefits. For every R7.50 spent on qualifying purchases using your SAA Voyager or British Airways co-branded Diners Club Card, you will receive one Voyager Mile or BA Mile. Accumulated frequent flyer miles can be redeemed for:

Voyager Miles:

  • spa treatments
  • car rentals
  • flights

BA Miles:

  • Reward flights (subject to availability) to over 600 destinations all over the world
  • Pay for your flight using a combination of cash and BA Miles
  • Upgrade to the next highest cabin with British Airways

To apply for a Diners Club International Charge Card, you must be over 18 years of age, a resident of South Africa and earn a gross annual salary of R350,000 + or earn a gross annual salary of at least R300,000, hold a 4+ year degree qualification and not over 35 years old.
